I've always been a skeptic when it comes to new products. For whatever reason, it always seems like when a company has to try so hard to sell something, there is a reason behind it. After it, if it is so great, why do you need to convince people to buy it?
But with winter right around the corner, and cold weather on our mind, here are a few things that I found, make a huge difference.
Door Sweeps. I know this doesn't like a major deal, but it's pretty crazy how much adding one has helped! We use our basement a lot, as a playroom and laundry room and general sitting room. However our basement door doesn't sit perfectly and there is a small, hard to see, but easily felt gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. During the rainy or snowy months, we often wake up in the morning to find a small puddle in the laundry room.
